Company Profile

Todd-Veredus Asset Management LLC (TVAM) has its roots in two Louisville, Kentucky, based firms: Todd Investment Advisors, founded in 1967, and Veredus Asset Management LLC, founded in 1998. The firms combined in May 2009. The Veredus Division manages large cap and small cap growth portfolios through a focus on positive earnings revisions and fundamental momentum. The Todd Division manages large cap and international portfolios through a focus on intrinsic value.

TVAM's clients include institutional and individual clients nationwide. We also partner with several brokerage firms to offer our services through their separately managed accounts programs. Institutionally, we serve endowments, foundations, pension plans, and Taft-Hartley accounts. We also act as subadvisor for several mutual funds and variable annuities.

Since 1967, TVAM and its predecessor firms have been thriving through the best and worst of economic times. We've accomplished this through a focus on having experienced professionals managing accounts in a disciplined manner with a proven, repeatable process.

As a firm, we adhere to the highest of ethical standards, provide the client with world class services and maintain consistent long-term investment performance. We understand that our clients always come first, and we take the trust that they impart on us very seriously.

Merger update:

Veredus Asset Management LLC (VAM) is a registered investment advisor beginning operations on June 1, 1998. Effective May 1, 2009, Veredus combined with Todd Investment Advisors, Inc. (TIA) through a series of transactions in which VAM acquired substantially all of the assets and identified liabilities of TIA in exchange for 45% of the equity units of VAM. TIA (and its predecessors) was founded in 1967 by Bosworth M. Todd, and its principal place of business is 101 South 5th Street, Louisville, KY 40202. VAM then changed its name to Todd-Veredus Asset Management LLC (TVAM). TVAM continues to offer the same products that each individual firm offered prior to the combination. Each individual firm's pre-combination portfolio management team continues to work as separate divisions after the combination. Accordingly, in certain points of these disclosures, reference will be made to the Veredus Division (Veredus) and Todd Division (Todd).
