TODD INVESTMENT ADVISORS, INC. HIRES ADDITIONAL REGIONAL DIRECTOR FOR MANAGED ACCOUNT PROGRAM

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - (Mar. 10, 2006) - Todd Investment Advisors, Inc. (Todd) has hired Michael K. Green, CTFA, as a Regional Director of the Managed Account Program for nine states in the center of the country. "Over the past few years, Todd has exhibited strong growth within the Separately Managed Account business," said Curt Scott, President and CEO of Todd. Scott added, "The experience level Mike Green brings will strengthen an already highly capable team."

Green comes to Todd after serving as Vice President of Business Development for First Merit Corporation of Cleveland. Green started his investment career with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter in 1999 as a Financial Advisor. In 2000, he moved to McDonald Investments, Inc. where he worked as an analyst and business development consultant before making the move to FirstMerit in 2003.

Green is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio, and a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, where he earned a BS degree in Finance in 1998. He has financial certifications series 7 and 66, and 31. Green is also a CFA level II candidate and a Certified Trust Financial Advisor.

Green joined Todd to help increase growth for the firm's Separately Managed Account business in the central region, including states: Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. Todd introduced managed account programs in 1999 and has experienced exponential growth for the product since.

Currently, Todd has eight separately managed account relationships in the program with over 1,000 clients in all but three states. Todd has greater than $3.7 billion in assets under management, which includes over $300 million in SMA assets. Additionally, Todd has five sub-advisor clients in the program.

Green joins the marketing team already in place for the managed account programs, including Director, Christian Feduchak, who covers the western and southern territories, and Regional Director, Chris Bennett, who covers states from Illinois east and Tennessee north. Diana DeCuir Fish manages home-office marketing.
