New Marketing Director Leads Strategy
Changes at Kentucky Firm

Todd Investment Advisors, Inc. ("Todd") today announced the appointment of Matthew Saltzman as Director of Marketing and Client Service.

In this role, Mr. Saltzman, 44, will be responsible for marketing and service of Todd's investment products to a wide variety of institutional clients, including corporate, public, Taft-Hartley pension funds, endowments, and foundations. He will report to Robert P. Bordogna, President & CEO. He will be based at the company's Louisville headquarters.

"Matt will play a key role in executing our strategy to enhance and expand our position in the institutional asset management business," said Robert Bordogna. "He is a terrific addition to the team, and we are excited about having someone with his depth and breadth of experience joining us." Mr. Saltzman brings to Todd over 20 years of experience in investment consulting.

He joins Todd from Mercury Wealth Management, Inc. located in Avon, Connecticut, where as President and Founder, he developed a boutique investment consulting firm to service institutional and high net worth based clientele. Prior affiliations include Prudential Securities, Smith Barney, and Drexel Burnham where as a Senior Investment Consultant, Consulting Group Director, and First Vice President he worked with institutional clients to develop and implement investment strategies and policies.
